What is Malaysia e Visa (eNTRI)?
Electronic Travel Registration & Information (eNTRI) is a online registration facility provided by the Government of Malaysia to facilitate the entrance of Indian tourist from India and other countries to Malaysia under the Visa-Free Program. A Malaysia eNTRI Note will be issued as proof of the registration and is required to be presented upon arrival in Malaysia.
How can I obtain the Malaysia eNTRI Note?
An eNTRI Note can be obtain by making an eNTRI registration via https://www.windowmalaysia.my, the eNTRI note can be immediately printed for Malaysia e Visa by the application once completed the registration.
What are the advantages of making an eNTRI registration?
eNTRI Registration can be done via online with an internet connection at the comfort of your convenience.
Who is eligible to make an eNTRI registration?
eNTRI registration is open to all Indian Nationals for Malaysia e Visa who are in India and other countries.
What is the entitlement of the Malaysia Visa Waiver eNTRI Note?
eNTRI Note for Malaysia Visa waiver is only valid for a single journey to Malaysia for purpose of tourism for the maximum of 15 days.
What documents are required for the eNTRI registration?
You must ensure the following documents are valid prior to apply for Malaysia eVisa:
- Passport (valid for at least 9 months)
- Latest passport size photograph (2 studio copies)
- Flight booking document

All information obtained during the eNTRI application process are kept in a highly secure environment which is in line with the Laws of Malaysia under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

You can amend and edit your information in the ENTRI application page according to the correct information.

How long before my travel date should I make an eNTRI registration?
We advice to make the eNTRI registration at least 48 hours before your travel date to Malaysia
Malaysia e Visa Validity
Should I re-register for the new eNTRI registration if my travel date changes and the new date is within 3 months?
No. You don’t need to re-register for for new Malaysia e Visa and can enter Malaysia on any date within 3 months from the eNTRI note issued.
Should I re-register for the new eNTRI registration if my travel date changes and the new date is later than 3 months?
Yes. You need to re-register for new eNTRI Registration due to your eNTRI Note is only for 3 Months from the issued date.
The information on my eNTRI note does not fully match the information on my travel document. Can I enter Malaysia with this eNTRI note?
No, your eNTRI is invalid. You need to re-register for new ENTRI Registration with the correct information as per in your travel documents.
How long will my eNTRI note be valid for?
You are allowed to stay in Malaysia up to the maximum of 15 days. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your stay in Malaysia is well within the time period stated in your eNTRI Note. Once you have entered Malaysia, you will be subject to Malaysian laws.
Malaysia e Visa Cost
There will be no fee for Malaysia Visa for Indians as well as Indian citizens abroad. However, this is only valid for the 15 day visa and 30 day visa where Indians will be charged only the processing fee of USD 20 & USD 25 respectively.
Malaysia e Visa PAYMENT
Can I get a refund if I do not use my eNTRI Note?
No, refunds for unused eNTRI Note will not be entertained.

Is Indian tourist first going Thailand and from there going Malaysia before coming back to India eligible for entri visa programme.

how can i stay more than 30 days stipulated period of granted visa within 3 months period ? my daughter is doctor at kualalumpur and my grand children are malayasian citizen .we are senior citizen around 70 yrs .
You can request to extend the visa.
You will have to request them to extend the Visa.
How can I apply for eNTRI for minors?
I would be going from thailand into malaysia via a land border and then further taking a flight to jakarta before returning to india from there. Would it be possible under the eNTRI.?
